In the past year, we have been focusing on Bulk REO Packages. In addition to having direct access to bank inventories, we have a source to a reseller who buys large tapes and then breaks them up for us. This allows us to offer even greater discounts on packages.

With our past experience in the Bulk REO world, we have found that there are lots of "Liars and Cheats" in this business. We are always hearing of experiences of "no real product" and "no real buyers". Individuals cutting out others in daisy chains of brokers and intermediaries seems to be a common practice for some. Also, do not forget the "Lookers" who have no problem in wasting everyone's time.

That being said, we had to put a system in place to "sift through" the lookers as well as the cheats and only bring "Real Buyers" to our sellers. We have great sources that only want to deal with qualified buyers and we don't want to lose these sellers bringing them "dead wood".
